Consult KM begins work with FAO Philippines to establish an organisation-wide KMS
January 2026 – To help increase knowledge sharing and learning across the organisation, our consultants will work with the team at FAO Philippines and partner with a KM software provider to establish an effective Knowledge Management System (KMS) which would serve the organisation’s immediate and long-term needs. Consult KM International delivers its fourth ‘Live with an Expert’ session

Consult KM supports Kenyan NGO as part of its Pro Bono Programme
April 2024 – Consult KM supported the Christian Community Healthcare Foundation-Kenya by capturing the stories of young women whom the organisation serves. Consult KM supports Cowater International and its INKLUSI Project in Indonesia
March 2024 – To help improve coordination and collaboration, synergy and cross-learning among the INKLUSI Secretariat and its multiple partners, our consultants worked with Cowater International in Indonesia to develop and implement a Knowledge Management Strategy and Implementation Plan. January 2024 – To respond to European Commission ECHO call for proposals 2024, we supported Malteser International and its country team to prepare a proposal package including a proposal narrative, budget, results framework, and other key documents. Read more about the project
Consult KM delivers training and mentoring to 34 CSOs from Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova
December 2023 – As part of the Building Resilience in the Eastern Neighbourhood programme, CSO representatives in Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova participated in a needs assessment, and tailored online training and mentoring sessions designed and delivered by our team of consultants.
