To ensure the correct sector-specific language and terminology, consistency and clarity, and attractive layout and design, have your documents edited, proofread and designed by professionals.
Our team of professional editors, proofreaders and graphic designers will work with you to help ensure that your documents are error-free, presentable, and publication-ready.
We edit, proofread, format and design different types of publications for print or digital use. These include but not limited to reports, briefs, project and programme documents, country documents, strategic reviews and evaluation reports, proposals, white papers, policy papers, case studies, success stories, press releases, articles, infographics, one-pagers, brochures, and more.
We work with both British and American English, and ensure alignment with your organisation’s editorial style and branding. Our designers use professional software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and others. All products are submitted in the required formats, whether print or digital.
What we offer
Our editors will review and edit the text, making corrections and adjustments in track changes. They will check grammar, spelling and punctuation, and apply consistency to the language and formatting. The editors will perform thorough fact-checking of names, dates, places, and more. They will assess the tone and flow, and ensure their appropriateness for the intended audience and channel.
Copy-editing including
fact-checking
Proofreading including
cross-checking
Our proofreaders will perform a final check of a document before it is published. They will scan the document for any omissions with regard to spelling, grammar and punctuation, check for inconsistencies or errors, and perform cross-checking of references including footnotes and endnotes. The proofreaders will also review the formatting and prepare the document for layout and design.
Our graphic designers will create professional layout and design for a document once it has been proofread. They will ensure clear and consistent positioning of text, images, graphs and charts, and other visual elements. They will also apply the agreed font size and colours, and other features in alignment with the client’s editorial style and branding. Our designers work with the pre-approved templates, can suggest improvements to the existing templates, or can design new templates if these are not available.
