Our programme design specialists will work with your team to brainstorm ideas for a new project or programme. This is usually done through highly participatory, inclusive and collaborative sessions, where our specialists act as facilitators. We follow a design thinking approach where ideas are generated and filtered down until the most viable and innovative solution is found. We will define the problem at the core, its causes and effects, and work together to develop a comprehensive Theory of Change that clearly depicts the proposed solution and how it will address the problem at output, outcome and impact level.

With a Theory of Change at hand, we will work with you and your team to develop a detailed logical framework (logframe/results framework) defining project outputs and outcomes, as well as indicators against which these will be measured, and project activities. Our specialists can also review an existing concept note or a full proposal, provide expert feedback, and revise as needed. Technical experts can be engaged to review the language and terminology with regard to any technical, thematic, and/or regional specificities.
