On behalf of UNOPS Multi-Country Office in Senegal, and through our local partner in Togo, we coordinated the production and delivery of multiple communication products including banners, notebooks, folders, and more, ensuring effective communication, high quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Project duration:
August 2024
Background and purpose of the assignment
UNOPS in Senegal provides regional support throughout Francophone and Lusophone west and north Africa, covering Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Togo and Tunisia.
UNOPS supports its partners’ goals in a wide range of thematic areas, including health, climate change, renewable energy, water and sanitation, environment, infrastructure, and peace and security.
It also strives to be a trusted and efficient implementing partner for governments in west and north Africa to achieve their development priorities and advance progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals, in partnership with key development actors.
To increase visibility of the work in the region and its impact, UNOPS Togo is in need of printed high-quality communication products which would be used for internal and external events.
What we delivered
In partnership with Print Factory Togo, our team of consultants delivered the following services:
- Communicated with UNOPS Multi-Country Office in Senegal on the needs and subsequent project delivery; acted as a point of contact and partner representative.
- Coordinated the printing and delivery of communication products by our local partner in Togo, including 4 banners, 200 notebooks, and 200 folders, using the finalised product designs received from UNOPS, aligned with UNOPS branding.
- Closely supervised and oversaw the work of the local partner, ensuring high quality and timeliness (delivery of samples prior to full-scale printing; pre-selection of printing materials).
